Shipping Policy:
Once you’ve placed an order with us, you will receive an email confirming your order within 24 hours
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification confirming your item(s) are on their way to you, for you to enjoy!
We hope that when you receive your item(s) you will love them as much as we do and we would love for you to share your style with us on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook @foxandoxapparel.

Returns & Exchange Policy:
Once you have received your item(s), if you are not 100% happy with them, no worries, we got your back Jack. As long as you let us know within 14 days of receiving your item(s), starting the day after you receive your order, we will be happy to refund you by the way of the original payment method.
All item(s) must be returned to the below address unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging with tags and care labels attached to receive a refund.
Any returns received that fail to comply with our refund policy will be returned to you without a refund. Those are the rules.
Once your returned item(s) are received, we aim to refund you within 14 days of receipt, and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.

Please head over to our CONTACT US page and drop us an email with your order number to register your return(s). You will then receive an email from us confirming our receipt of your request
You then have 14 days to return the order to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service as it is unfortunately not Fox and Ox's responsibility for any returns parcels that may get lost in transit.
